They explain how orders work, what you can expect from us, and what we need from you. If you do not agree to these terms,

• We may suspend or withdraw parts of the website for maintenance, operational or security reasons.

• If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
• Please make sure your contact and delivery details are accurate before placing an order.

• We aim to keep product descriptions and images accurate, but colours/appearance may vary by device.
• Some items may have variations (size, colour, materials) — please check the product page before ordering.
• All items are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

Risk in the goods usually passes to you on delivery. If delivery is delayed, we will keep you updated where reasonably possible.

If your return is approved, we will provide the appropriate return address and instructions directly by email.
