Your satisfaction is important to us! If you or your pet are not satisfied with your purchase from Pawzzles, we offer a 30-day refund policy.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.
Return Process
- Contact us at bark@pawzzles.co.uk to initiate the return.
- We will provide you with the return shipping details.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at bark@pawzzles.co.uk.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
